My friend Noe created a new route through the beautiful Silver Divide. Its gentler slopes make for excellent trundling. When Noe publishes a guide, I will link to their website here, but for now here is a rough map:
Adam, Ari, Noe, Sam and I set out on this route over three days in June 2021. What a way to kick off the Sierra Season. This route is a trundlers delight, and aside from half a mile on the Muir Trail, we did not see many people out there. The route features summits of two SPS peaks: Mt. Izaak Walton, and the remote Silver Peak.
