Kings Canyon High Basin Route

I have hiked all of this route except for the final section from Cloud Canyon to Mt. Silliman. I started hiking this section, but got turned around by snow and lightning. The KCHBR is a beautiful route, which needs a little more polishing. King’s col in particular is extremely sketchy and I would not recommend anyone attempt it. I have enjoyed all other parts of the route though (yes, even the lower Goddard Creek bushwhack). After finishing the Sierra High Route, the PCT and the Big SEKI Loop, that knocks out a good portion of the north and west sections of this route.
